
Water Supply
Water quality at the processing zone complies with state health
standard GB5749-8 for domestic water. It is programmed to supply
60,000 tons of water per day. Water Discharge
Four rain water discharge pump stations are scheduled to be
build in the neighbourhood of the processing zone with a total
water discharge of 100m3/s. Its service area covers the entire
Export Processing Zone.
Sewage Discharge
Three sewage disposal plants will be constructed near the
processing zone with a capacity of disposing 320,000 tons
per day. The service area can cover the entire Export Processing
Zone.
Power Supply
Electric power in the processing zone is distributed and supplied
by the Northeast Power Network.. Two 66kV transformer stations
are planned to be built here. Power with a voltage of 10kV(±10%)
will be supplied inside the zone.
Heat Supply
A central heating system is in place. Water-out measures 130℃
and water-back measures 70℃. Exit pressure from the powerhouse
is 4kg/m2.
Communication 
One terminal station with 40,000 to 60,000 terminals is planned
for construction inside the zone which can supply many communication
services. Broadband networks and ring-shape fiber networks
have been laid inside the zone which may provide 10mb bandwidth
accession to users. |
